How A&R Interior Solutions handles the information you give us — through this website or our social media pages.

Last updated: September 26, 2026

A&R Interior Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us — whether through this website, over the phone, by email, or through our social media pages — why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Information you give us

The only way we collect personal information through this website is when you fill out the estimate request form on our contact page. That form asks for the following, and every field is required so that we can actually respond to you:

  • Your name

So we know who we're speaking with and how to address you.

  • Phone number

To call or text you about your estimate, and to coordinate scheduling if you hire us.

  • Email address

To reply to your request and send you estimate details or follow-up questions.

  • Property address or ZIP code

To confirm the work is inside the area we serve and to schedule an on-site visit.

  • Type of project and your project description

So we can understand the scope of work before we contact you, and come to the estimate prepared.

  • Preferred contact method

So we reach you the way you asked us to — phone, email, or text.

We don't collect any information you haven't typed in and submitted yourself.

Estimates requested through social media

We also run pages on Facebook and Instagram, and we sometimes receive estimate requests and messages through the lead forms and messaging tools those platforms provide. If you contact us that way, the information you send us — typically your name, contact details, and a description of the work you're interested in — comes to us the same as if you had called or used the form on this website.

Once it reaches us, we treat it the same way: we use it to respond to your request and to carry out the work if you hire us, and we don't sell it or pass it to anyone else.

One thing worth knowing is that when you submit a lead form or send a message on Facebook or Instagram, that information also passes through Meta's systems, and it's governed by Meta's own privacy policy rather than this one. This page only covers what we do with what you send us once we receive it. If you'd prefer to keep your inquiry off those platforms entirely, you're welcome to call or email us directly using the details below.

What we do with it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your estimate request and, if you decide to hire us, to carry out and schedule the work. In practice that means:

  • Contacting you using the method you told us you prefer.
  • Reviewing your project description so we can prepare for the estimate visit.
  • Keeping a record of the project and our communication with you for as long as we need it for our own business records.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with marketers or lead-generation companies. We don't use it to send you marketing unrelated to the project you contacted us about.

Who else sees it

Submissions from the estimate form are delivered to us through the platform that hosts this website, which stores the submission and emails it to us so we see your request. That platform and its email delivery provider process the data on our behalf. We don't share your information with anyone else, except where we're required to by law.

The estimate form is also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that distinguishes real visitors from automated spam submissions. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to make that determination.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile you across other sites. We don't run remarketing or interest-based advertising of any kind. You can browse every page here without an account, and nothing you read is tied back to you.

The one exception is the spam protection described above, which may set a cookie or similar local marker as part of verifying that a form submission came from a real person. Your browser may also store standard technical information as part of loading any website.

Your choices

You're never required to submit the estimate form. If you'd rather not send your details through the website, you can call or email us instead using the contact information below.

If you've already submitted a request and would like us to delete the information you sent, contact us and we'll remove it, unless we're required to keep it for a legal or accounting reason. If you'd like to know what we hold about you, or have it corrected, you can ask us that too.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults arranging home improvement work. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and the estimate form isn't directed at them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information — including if we start collecting leads somewhere new — we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Any information you submitted before a change continues to be handled as described here unless you hear otherwise from us directly.

Questions about this policy, or about information you've sent us, can come to us directly.
